I briefly had the Xikar Verano. It was a really slick and solid feeling lighter no doubt. I found that like @therealrsr states above, not the easiest when doing touchups. I passed mine along as I prefer a single jet for my needs. I think with practice, one could master the flat flame and use it for touch ups no problem though. I didn't have the patience to get good with it.

There's also the Dupont one which I've seen in videos has a slight drawback in that the flame doesn't completely disappear when you release the ignition. It kind of flickers out slowly. That may have been addressed in current models - not sure though.

EDIT: correction @therealrsr states he likes his for touchups. I found the opposite true. Way easier to toast and light than touch up. So I guess one will have to try for themselves.

I have an Elie Bleu flat flame lighter. It’s a beautiful lighter and seems to work okay, but I can’t seem to get used to the flat flame. I find it easier to light cigars with it than to touch them up. If I can find it I’ll post a pic. I’m impressed with E Bleu products. Seems like a quality brand. I also have cutter from them.

I picked up a Dupont Megajet last year, great lighter though a little pricy.

Loved it, haven't located it since we moved :(

That means you'll find just before you move again!
