The other day I had my first issue with one of the cigars; i have probably ordered at least 50, so that’s a pretty good reliability %. One of my cigars stopped working after a day of use. Typically they will last me 5 days. I didn’t know if they could do anything to help, but I sent an email. I hadn’t heard back from them, but today I open the mailbox and there is a package from them. Apparently they responded promptly, but it went to my spam. I’m incredibly impressed with this company. Not only have their products been reliable, but they also have outstanding customer service.
