it would be interesting to compare how a final bid price compares to the 24:24 price. 

it may go below, or more interestingly, it may go for more. When people get in the heat of bidding, sometimes their logic goes out the window.

Ok, I bought a box of PSP CORO about a year ago when I was three tips into a 4 tip bottle of rum. That was my only “Buyer’s regret” since becoming an FOH...

Sell or keep until the precious 5 has passed?... 🤔

I bought some aged 2017 CoRo's from Prez (24:24) this year. (April I believe). They were only $589....

Now I've only had 3 so far..but they aren't that good...which is disheartening...being they are already four years old...and were PSP. 

But I'm not touching the box again until next summer. 

That 2017 stock .... it's a gamble.

I went in on a box of those CoRos. The clearance ones though. Ended up getting January 2018 instead of a 2017 box like it was supposed to be.

First one last summer wasn't great, the second one in November was pretty good, and the 3rd one this June was very good.

I smoked more Cohiba during last two years, then before in my life, and i had been smoking since 1984 - Cohiba Robustos, along with Siglo VI are the most inconsistent cigars that I had smoked, although 2018-19s were amazing, ONLY from El Laguito - Cohiba Factory.  Esplendidos is the way to go, again from EL LAGUITO.

 

Maybe your disappointments comes from smoking different production factories? Just a thought?

Well if it holds I’ll have about 175 Cohiba sticks going on BR to trade in for something I like. Gimme a few years though.

PSA to those inclined to impulse buy, and over-pay for recent stock without doing research just realize in the short term you got a box of Cohiba... in the long term you're gonna drive the price of the Marca higher and one day you might not want to spend 20% more on Cohiba. Minor detail you're contributing to the price increase. Paying a premium for aged or vintage, by all means. Overpaying for current stock ... big mistake for us all.

PSA to those inclined to impulse buy, and over-pay for recent stock without doing research just realize in the short term you got a box of Cohiba... in the long term you're gonna drive the price of the Marca higher and one day you might not want to spend 20% more on Cohiba. Minor detail you're contributing to the price increase. Paying a premium for aged or vintage, by all means. Overpaying for current stock ... big mistake for us all.

Totally agree.  Panic buying = daily flipping = we all lose.  Pouring water on a grease fire.
