bacardi v pernod-ricard

i'm not one for podcasts but this was interesting (never heard that pronunciation of bacardi - comes in late).

I picked that up too, Ken. Never heard Bacardi pronounced that way. Every time she says it during the podcast, it really stands out.

If you are referring to the Lady speaking at the beginning ( like first 10 mins ) - that is the proper and correct way to pronounce Bacardi, a Catalan surname, with the accent and weight at the last word, the i.

The American pronunciation of Bacardi is all wrong as it is flat with no accent or weight.
