When I make my gameday chicken wings, I like to add 6 drops of "Dave's insanity Sauce" to my blend. 7 drops makes them almost inedible! 💥

If it was West Virginia I might be inclined to believe the Crab Racoon dip.

Best Crab Rangoon Dip - How to Make Crab Rangoon Dip

Crab Rangoon Dip.

I assume it is a follow on from crab rangoon, which for some unknown reason, is on menus in Chinese restaurants in the States.

Cajun Boil in Illinois...in February?  Uh....no.

Chili, assorted chips and dips, some version of meat on bread, and assorted cookies, cakes, brownies, etc.

Oklahoma doesn't scream chartuerie board.

By a long, long shot.

OKC should be BBQ.

I don't get how MA is chili.  I like and make chili from dried chili's from my garden, but I cannot recall chili being served before any Pats games.  Chicken wings would be more likely or subs.

These are most searched on Google.  Guessing no one needs internet help with the real staples.

Chowda sippin' New Englanders would need help with chili.  Pfffft.

In Kansas City its all BBQ. If home game you can smell it for miles away from Arrowhead. Most prepare night b4 and heat up at game. Thats what we used to do.

That’s half the fun. The night before cook.  Beer, meat and cigars! All night long!

The caption reads "Uniquely searched Super Bowl LV foods, by state" so I'm speculating that these are recipes people googled, not what the majority of people actually prepared.

How else would you explain Chia seed coconut milk dessert for Montana, Keto egg bites for Wyoming or Labneh for Nebraska? Guessing maybe ONE person googled those recipes in each of those states.

You are correct! I would smoke a pork butt for 14 hrs at 180 and stay up all night!

Oh no no no! Yall don't even eat brisket. Just shredded waste meat. And all those vinegar sauces...

I have this on going debate with my boss, who is from SC. I introduced him to brisket not long ago, and my strawberry jam based sauce. Mind blowing experience for him.

To be fair, the best I've had in NC was lulas in Asheville.

Don't forget about the baby backs and Polish sausages.

While there is great Q in lots of cities, my biased opinion leans toward Memphis, TN if you're going to award a gold medal for best BBQ city. 🤩 I mean, the World Championship BBQ Cooking Contest is held there every year, and there isn't a true pitmaster on the planet who doesn't consider it a mecca/bucket list destination in their cooking journey.

I will concede that Memphis' mystique is most relevant for pork (and spagetti), and that TX is hard to beat if you're looking for beef ribs or brisket.

Flame away, LOL!! Cigars go great with any smoker regardless of location, too.
