NSXCIGAR Posted August 17, 2021 Posted August 17, 2021 This would be from 1931-1936. "Republica Espanola" = Second Spanish Republic. Seal is 31-61. Still doesn't explain why there would be that stamp. Spain obviously didn't control Cuba anymore. Never seen that. 1
