SmokeEmAll Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I was looking at restocking a box of Aristocrats from a few years ago that’s getting low, and noticed there are at least 4 different Partagas lines around this price and size. Can anyone give advice on any major differences between them, or are they pretty much all similar flavor with small size changes? The ones I’m looking at are: Aristocrats Super Partagas Habaneros Mille Fleurs
smbauerllc Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I've had a fair number of all of them except the super partagas and they all have noticeably different flavors to me Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
SmokeEmAll Posted May 17, 2021 Author Posted May 17, 2021 Do u remember the main notes from any of them? I get lots of twang and creamy nuttiness on the aristocrats.
smbauerllc Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I'm really not good at explaining the taste of Cigars with similarities to the various food and spices that most people used to describe them. I can just say that they all have a different taste Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
nKostyan Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 I would put Habaneros on the highest level. In my opinion, this is the best blend of the listed ones. I would also add to the list Petit Coronas Especiales - a strong and bodied cigar with a good evolution. The other three seemed similar to me.

My ranking of the other three: (1) Aristocrats--about the same strength as the Habaneros but a little smoother imho (2) Habaneros--great Partagas kick in a small format, would not hesitate to buy if the Aristocrats were not available (3) Mille Fleurs--just don't do it for me 1
SmokeEmAll Posted May 17, 2021 Author Posted May 17, 2021 Thanks guys, think I’m going to stick with the Aristocrats this time.
smbauerllc Posted May 17, 2021 Posted May 17, 2021 The Aristocrats are definitely a great smoke. I'm slowly working through a 2015 box I was gifted and they have been consistently great in every regard Sent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
Popular Post NSXCIGAR Posted May 17, 2021 Popular Post Posted May 17, 2021 I would place them all in the same general quality category. Which one is the "best" seems to rotate throughout the years. Since about 2006-7 I can't say I've had one consistently better than the rest. Prior to that, I thought the PCE was the best. Now it's mix and match. Quite frankly at that price point I'm always going with the Shorts. Simply a different class of cigar. 6 1
Edicion Posted May 18, 2021 Posted May 18, 2021 These are all fun to smoke and good to try, but the only I would smoke again is the Super Partagas, still have a couple of Tubos left. Good amount of flavors, great smoke production, peppery when young, that fades into a pleasant earthy aroma with a few years on them. They are called Super Partagas because they are Super.... 1

Good to hear. I just got my first ones a few weeks ago. Just put the first one into my tupperdoor of cigars for the monthSent from my SM-G930V using Tapatalk
