Inventory software/apps

That's my actual inventory sheet. It has some info and you can setup your "age values" for GOOD DATE and PRIME DATE. I'm considering in this screenshot, the widely discussed 3-5 years. But I can't setup an specific age setting to apply my "Aging Rate".  I'm currently working with 3 rates: LOW (< 3 years), GOOD (> 3 years < 5 years) and PRIME (> 5 years):

 

Also made a small "dashboard" where I can see my numbers by marca, cigar and vitola:

Still working in progress. I'll share with everybody in FOH interested in using it.

Cigar Scanner seems pretty slick & easy but don't see a way to export the data and like having a copy...which Excel/Google would give.

Ha! Just old emails really that I search when trying to remember what is what.

Good stuff, nice how you are doing the aggregate in the dashboard. If you can share I would appreciate it.
