Coming in to the tail end of March 21. 

Who would have thought that we would be 12 months onto Covid. Our city just went into lockdown for 3 days because we have 4 cases 

Your best cigar of March 2021?

Tough call for me. 

• Aged:      Mag 50 SEP 06. Honeycomb and biscuit. 
• Young:    Cohiba Robusto SEP DIC 20. After the video review with Ken I have gone on a  CORO bender. It has been a journey worth pursuing.

I thought it had run out of steam in 10 years, but it turned out to be a very smoky, full-bodied cigar. Strength, yes, low, but alcohol pair helps out.

This Connie A was the best of the month. Sitting outdoors, having a nice lunch with another cigar buddy made it even an even better experience I guess.

Best of the month was this CORO from the Christmas sampler. It was firing on all cylinders...easy 95 point cigar. 
 

I didn’t have anything aged. My stock is probably 85% from 19/20.

ROTT HU2 beat out a HUSW with a couple years on. Both fantastic though.

How was the 2020 HU2?
Just recently bout a few, also 2020, to try since I have never had one, and they get good reviews and seem fairly popular. Will be trying my first one in a week or so.

Tough choice, been a good month.  Topes and Lusitanias both have had multiple examples worthy.  Maybe because I’ve had multiple that were so good they are unfairly and unjustly overlooked.

Aged:  Not really aged, but a May 18 CoRo that had been a bummer decided to blossom

Young:  This one was tougher as most everything young I’ve had had been spectacular.  A good problem, but I still think the winner is the Libertador from Jan 20 (might not be Jan, might be Feb).  Pure Bolivar heaven that leaves nothing to be desired.

Good to hear you enjoyed the RA La Palmera. I picked up a couple of boxes with the same code but haven’t had one yet. I’m waiting for a nice summer day on the deck.

For my March standout I hope to still have it. Our fiscal year ends in the 31st and I am going to grab hopefully something special to celebrate the year.

what box code for the 2018 CoRo's? I have some in the humidor that are MUP
