El Presidente Posted January 25, 2006 Posted January 25, 2006 I read somewhere that some (or all?) totally machine made cigars are being changed to machine bunched and hand-finished. Is this true? We already have plenty of Machine Bunched / Hand Finished cigars such as the Mille Fleurs, Nacionales, Coronas Especiales etc etc. I believe the intent is the only Machine Mades will be cigarillos, clubs and their variants. 100% machine made larger formats will revert to MB/HF (machine bunched/hand finished) and be accompanied by a not insignificant price hike.

There are several very nice machine made cigars made which I enjoy smoking. Hope that Habanos get's there act together and starts rolling a few boxes out the door. Such a shame that someone in management could not get their head screwed on right and start the machines rolling a couple of cigars.
korryp Posted January 26, 2006 Posted January 26, 2006 I enjoy quite a few different brands of Machine Bunched / Hand Finished cigars. Most are quite affordable and you don't feel bad tossing a $2 per stick cigar.
