El Presidente Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 What was the fascination with cigar cutters and toilet pots This is the third one that I have come across in as many weeks. Unusual and a rare bronze figurine of a seated man on a chamber pot. Signed. Estate fresh condition. When his head is pushed down, it cuts the cigar with the end being deposited into the pot. Well detailed. Warm aged patina. 1 1
Chibearsv Posted January 14, 2021 Posted January 14, 2021 I'm wondering if it was ever common to just leave your coat on and work around it while poppin a squat.

It's obvious, isn't it? If it was a bad cigar, you can always say, "By god, this is a crap cigar. I shit you not, it is a real turd! It really does belong in the crapper!!" 1 2

SirVantes Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I believe the reasons are widely diverse, but all make sense. In other words, they are “scattered-logical”. 1
Fosgate Posted January 15, 2021 Posted January 15, 2021 I saw this and instantly thought that would be perfect in the bathroom of Kragun Resort in Minnesota. My company makes us meet there every 2 years I always get one with a toilet phone. We've nick named the rooms that have these the "Lyndon B Johnson" Suite. 1 1
