I've had a similar experience with the RJ Churchills I got late last year (EUB FEB 19).  Just okay.  Never get past mild to medium strength and body, not much development.  Keep waiting for them to take off but never do.  However, I have found that mine improve a lot the longer they rest.  Maybe there's hope.

As for cherry, I've never gotten it from any RJ.  Ever.  Light milk and honey, but there is no cherry -- or any other damn fruit in RJ.  Same disappointment I had with Fruit Loops as a kid, now with RJ as an adult.  Cherry It's a myth.  A conspiracy.  Mass psychosis.  It's all a lie.  And I'm going to expose it!

Possible mass hysteria, but it should be considered that I eat A LOT of cherries when they're in season! ?
