Powdery Substance

I have some PLPC ABR 14 that I keep in the originally cab inside my tupperdore. 
The cedar cab box has a white substance at certain spots on the outside. 
Any thoughts on what this is? Mold vs Plume vs something else?

Since there is no such thing as plume (at least not scientifically proven to exist yet)...I vote mold.

Hard to tell from just a picture.  It is on any of the cigars?

No...nothing inside the box or on the cigars. 
Any tips from preventing it? I use boveda packs and humidity stays around 69.
