Ok, this is actually my “Mr. Dependable” cigar of the year! Somehow, every example of this stick that I have smoked this year came from the MSU factory. Two boxes that I bought from Rob (MSU MAR 19, JUL 19) and the box I got in Havana (JUL 19) have been spectacular!          
 

Baker’s chocolate, cinnamon, cake, creamy holiday spices and maybe even a light maple syrup. Not the Log Cabin stuff, but the syrup we made when I was a kid after tapping maple trees in the springtime. Yes, friends. We actually used to do that! ?

Whatever superlatives Rob uses to describe these during the 24/24 are an understatement. If I would find myself at a table with anyone smoking a CORO or Fundadores, I would not be jealous. Well, maybe the guy with the Fundy... ?

Excellent cigar. I’ll argue the best PC out right now!

Rating: Not only yes, but Hell yes!

p.s. If Rob has more of these coming on 24/24, DO NOT BUY THEM! At least hesitate long enough to make sure that I’ve got mine! ?

I'm on a self imposed buying freeze and that picture of the open box is killing me right now!  Beautiful!

Excellent review.  We're fortunate that Cuba seems to really know how to blend a 42 RG cigar. There's so many great ones, including my personal favorite - Monte 3.

I have placed myself on the same freeze, excluding: PSP Bolivar PC (MSU) and RASS 50. Well, maybe the PLPC 50’s. And maybe the... ?

I'm with you on these!  Of the 17 different CC's and NC's in my current rotation, every time I go to the humi and peer inside to figure out what I want the first one that comes to mind is the MSU MAY-19 Boli PC box sitting there.  I try to restrain myself from always picking up one of these even though there are 3 more MSU 19 boxes backing that one up.  Just bought two boxes of MSU Boli CJ's to try out and see if they are as good as the PC's - hope so!

Let me know about the CJ’s. I’m going to sit on this box of MSU MAY 19 RC’s until 2022, God willing’!

I received a box a couple of weeks ago MSU JUL '19 that I won't get into until at least next year. It was clearance, but looks PSP all the way. One of my go to cigars.
