Popular Post NSXCIGAR Posted December 1, 2020 Popular Post Posted December 1, 2020 A regular rotation staple. Smooth, dark colorado wrapper. Solid feel, perfect draw. First third: classic Famosos bitter chocolate and nuts with a little prune fruitiness in there. Second third: no changes whatsoever. Burn and construction great (that little unevenness in the pic corrected itself quickly). Final third: can't fault it. Steady all the way. No hotness or bitterness towards the end (I think these need about a year to avoid that as I've had younger ones that really deteriorate at the final inch). Definitely not a lunchtime smoke, but as I've noted before, not overly strong. No sweetness--I think VR really masters that bitter/baking chocolate, vs Monte's milk chocolate or San Cristobal's sweet molasses. A great cigar to have in the rotation for that reason. 93 points 15
