I would definitely define these as seconds....

What the hell happened to them?

I got a box of Monte 2 and it was like the was too much glue on the band and a few cigars stuck to the bottom of the box. 
Into the seconds bag they went after some perfecrepair gluing. Smoked great!

Not mine, but this should be an easy top five in the category.

Pretty sure this was once a cigar in a glass top box.

The guy that posted it on another forum actually lit it and stood close enough to smell it burn...

This is what Customs did to a box of RACF I bought many years ago. They sat on this for a year before releasing it.  They were dried out, flaky, generally unsmokeable.

Wow a year!!! WTFFF!!! I'll never complain now when customs takes 4 weeks. Poor cigars!

Nothing compared to some of those other monsters posted but this is a Mag46 I had  from a box this year. Whole wrapper was just busted up

Those look like they were salvaged from a house fire.
