Popular Post Habana Mike Posted November 19, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 19, 2020 This one the middle of the SdC line, 38RG x 6 1/2". From just near the end of their run pre-revolution to 2010. The triumvirate of the Partagas line. Chose this one as it is Partagas week and many would be celebrating the Marque in Havana this week if not for the SARS-CoV-2 situation.... Clipped and a test draw. Firmly rolled, nice capa. Tight though it will do. Light cedar, barnyard on the cold draw. Lit up and on our way. Starts with that cedar, some leathery notes and hint of pumpkin spice. A bit on the lighter side. Draw improves a bit and the burn is spot on. Mid-day so a bit distracted by the demands of my day job, still an enjoyable smoke early on. Profile maintains itself into the middle of the cigar with a little less of the spice though some of that barnyard makes an appearance. Smoked well for over an hour. Didn't catch further pics. Shame I have only a few left, most likely to never see any more... A 93 for me. 11
