djrey Posted November 12, 2020 Posted November 12, 2020 Warped was a go to brand for me for a few years before moving to near 100% Cuban tobacco. This one began with a moderate amount of pepper and a wood note. Perfect draw and construction as to be expected. A citrus note comes forward, maybe orange. Everything else is the same. Cigar finishes a more intense version of the peppery wood. Overall pretty bland and boring. I just don’t see much here anymore. Very little evolution and personality. Just a fairly generic tobacco flavor. I do however appreciate the construction and burn performance. 85 pts. 3

bkdash Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Have you tried the Maestro del Tiempo 5205 from Warped? My favorite from Warped, granted I've only tried a handful of their offerings. 1
Silverstix Posted November 13, 2020 Posted November 13, 2020 Cuban tobacco has ruined me!! It’s really tough now for me to enjoy most NC’s unfortunately, especially since I have a few hundred of them......a lot of the warped stuff to me now just tastes so one dimensional and earthy. Casa Cuba by Fuente is a great cigar worth checking out Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I smoked all NC from 2009-2014. Dabbled into Partagas shorts, BPC and the like in 2014-2015 then back to NC until 2019 when I discovered FOH. I have not bought a NC for over a year now... I have about 100 NC sticks in my humidor but I always turn them down in favor of Cuban tobacco.
