Friday Funny : Fishing fails

Ken's week away fishing is the inspiration for putting up  this video.

seriously? the last time we went fishing was chile? 

amongst your efforts was day one when i was told to wait on the bank before we started so the guide (who had the most hopeless crush on you - yes, it was a bloke) could try and repair the rod you sat on. i was told it was not even worth bothering until the guide was ready and so promptly, to the disgust of the guide, caught a trout. remembering that the time before in cuba, we came across your guide sitting on the floor of the punt trying to put your reel back together. 

we come to a great spot, still day one, so the guide banishes me to a swamp and gives you the spot. i get a salmon - granted a dodgy near death one but a salmon nonetheless - in the swamp and the guide then shoo's me away because he thinks there might be a second salmon in the swamp. 

and not to forget the famous morning where you had spotted a huge salmon lurking near a bank in the shallows. and threw the greatest wobbly ever seen on this round ball of earth because someone happened to make the tiniest bit of noise. but in the end, that noise did not matter that much because you eventually realised that your huge salmon was, wait for it, one bigass log. which would explain why it neither moved nor took a fly.
