Punch Corona box code help

I picked up this box a few years back and thought I had deciphered the old code, but for the life of me can’t find the paper I usually keep with the box.

Code looks to be NO-SU-SS-11.  CCW has me thinking that it is from October 1998, but they also reference a 10 digit system not the 8 I have.  Any help is appreciated.

It's legit. Oct 1998, Taguasco or Trinidad factory (I believe) in Sancti Spiritus.
