As the cooler weather comes in on the east coast I am reaching more and more for minitos. Partagas Shorts have been a staple and I am happy to have a few boxes with some age.

Perfect construction with a nice Colorado wrapper. I can pre draw these for days. There is a musty aged tobacco flavor that is wonderful.

1st half is pure baking spices consisting of cinnamon nutmeg and clove. Sourdough is present as always. Excellent.

2nd half reveals all the same flavors with an added touch of black pepper. Smooth and creamy. Smoke time 55 minutes.
