Partmonte Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 Really sad. Got to feel for the woman and her family. I've been to Cuba numerous times and this is the first i hear of it. Totally forgot about Zika as well.
Fugu Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 Hey Paco, de una vez, no dejes de fumigar la cocina cuando has terminado con los sándwiches!... 3
MrBirdman Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 Quite scary - sounds like permanent neurological damage. Nothing to sneeze at, and hardly a hazard you expect to encounter on a Caribbean vacation. Hope she does recover.
Cigar Surgeon Posted September 9, 2020 Posted September 9, 2020 This is something I'm hyper aware of when I'm in Cuba, the DR or Nicaragua. They use organophosphates quite liberally. Hard pass on any sort of exposure.
CanuckSARTech Posted September 14, 2020 Posted September 14, 2020 John messaged me about this the other day. All I have to say is.... Uh-huh. ? 1

You guys are all wrong. The glue they use on the wrapper is the same glue used on cheap wedding invitation envelopes.... 3
El Presidente Posted September 16, 2020 Posted September 16, 2020 My buick got stuck behind a Mosquito Fog Truck that decided to start fumigating. We couldn't get out of the chemical fog stream as we were boxed in by trafic. Guaranteed that 5 minutes took a few years off my life 1 2

Drooling on oneself. Deciding if you need to fart or crap yourself (wait, am I wearing my Depends today???) Picking grey hairs off of one's chest. The PRIME of one's life. (I was gonna post a picture of @dobaman after a night out drinking, lol) Yup, the good years. Dammit. 1
