Popular Post Akela3rd
Mel Ramos' Hav-a-Havana series of lithograph prints. I have copies but not any originals which go for $20k+. The one below (Hav-a-Havana #3, 1998) is probably the most discreet for a family forum... Sent from Cosmos Redshift 7 20
Popular Post zigarrenziggy
There is an artist that I found named Kim Jackson who makes portraits from cigar bands. Popular Post HabanosLuva
I have always enjoyed collecting cigar-related items and art, especially Habanos. I was given this present many years back for my yet-to-be cigar room. I haven't framed all of these yet, but I have a decent amount of the Habanos brands. Here's RyJ example. Also, would eventually like to frame these.
Popular Post JohnS
My favourite cigar-related themed art is below. My wife graciously put my cigar bands together into a display for our bar a few years ago... 33

I've seen it there too and I love it. I tried to get my own version in Havana a couple of years ago. This wasn't posed. It just happened to be how people were situated. The photo isn't even cropped.

Popular Post Ryan
For some of my favourite cigar art. The Habana Libre hotel produced a limited humidor in 2015 (ish) with an inset signed by Alicia Alonso. I love this. The same hotel did the same for Omara Portuondo a year later. And presented her with the first in the series. I don't think she smokes cigars very often. Again, love this. My favouite is a humidor made by Humidores Havana in 2015 with an image of smoke on the top. The picture of smoke was made using actual cigar smoke. Alex of Humidores Haavana wouldn't give me any more details regarding how they did it. Lastly, there's Milton Bernal, he goes by Milton "Pintor del Tabaco", Cuban artist who paints with oils and tobacco leaves treated to last on an image. He uses different shades of leaves to get different shades of brown. Here's one he did for Jim Robinson a couple of years ago. Jim's head may look a bit wonky in the picture, but that's just how his head is, you can see him in the previous post standing at the counter.

Thirds
5 hours ago, Ryan said: Lastly, there's Milton Bernal I had the pleasure of touring his Studio in January and bought some prints. He was a gracious host and offered us cigars, rum and coffee. Just messaged him on Facebook asking if he still had one that I loved but was short on cash due to my CAD. He still has it and is reserving it for when Havana opens back up. I agree completely, his work is amazing up close. ??

Popular Post mtd057
This is by Tony Mendoza, a Cuban-American artist in Miami. Being from Miami, I love his work as it incorporates a lot of Miami themes. This one is called "Romeo y Julieta en Hialeah", I wish I had the original!
