What do you store in old cigar boxes?

I have mates whose kids use them to store, colouring in pencils. Others who have the boxes storing nuts/bots/nails/screws of all sizes in the man shed.  I use them for an assortment of mainly saltwater fishing flies. 

Cigar boxes are indeed versatile buggers

Hopes and dreams.  They usually go bad before I get to use them though.

I have my lighters and cutters and a Leatherman Squirt (for bleeding and adjusting flame on the lighters) in one box.  Foreign coins in another.  I may have a few other boxes packed away in my garage since my last move, but they were empty. I gave the rest away.

I kept a few sentimental boxes from early in my smoking career, and keep mementos in them. I don't really hold onto boxes much anymore, though. Occasionally I'll rip the lid off and use them to store singles in the tupperdor, but they usually end up as kinding...

Same as @lovethehaze I use old boxes for screws, nails, and things like that in the garage as well and one as a small toy box for my son.

Nothing special here - cigar supplies. Cutters, matches, pipe cleaners, etc.

You might want to clarify what you mean by “girly stuff”... They have  things that look like cigars...

I guess that's why she's always asking if I have any more Monte A boxes

I knocked out a few cabs with dreams of using the pieces to tetris out some sort of feature wall in my (future) home. Or maybe use them to create the surface of a coffee table? Have to either strike it really rich or move out of Hong Kong to have the space to do either of that though..

Using HdM EL13 Grand Epicure box as cigar tool chest. I added cardboard divider from RyJ Belvederes box, and works even better than ever! ?

Actually Petite Corona cabs are perfect for CDs and DVDs, for those that remember what they are.

I generally keep stuff related to travel in them: ticket stubs from museums/attractions, boarding passes, train tickets and the like.

Always fun to relive those trips by going through a box!

I store all manner of stuff in empty boxes. One Siglo VI box has about $100 in spare change (I really need to convert that to notes), another has some old lighters, a Mag 50 10ct SLB has a set of Transformers trading cards from the 1980s (don't ask why), a Cohiba Corona Especiale box has a bunch of fake CCEs that I was given (the box is legit as it was mine, I just thought it ironic to store them there), others store useless desk junk that I have forgotten about.
