Or my favourite beach, Tarara. Or Cuervo y Sobrinos, the watchmaker. Checking the list from your link I can see it is quite a large minority that is barred by the US DoS ... Yeah, pretty sure about that. After all - it would only be a handful of hotels like the 2 Melias, the Habana Libre and the Nacional ... makes it much more simple. If it is the miltary through Gaviota or Gaesa or another Cuban non-military-related entity.
