Popular Post Rhinoww Posted June 7, 2020 Popular Post Posted June 7, 2020 Well this review is really about what works well for me. ? I have always enjoyed PSD4. They are a workhorse. Well above the yard gar in terms of status but not “that special cigar”. They are a workhorse of a cigar. having company in an hour so I was banished to the far side of the pool for my smoke (sorry not a Floyd fan or it would have also been a good pairing) FOH clearance box from last fall. Don’t have the code handy but I think it was late 18 cigat has a bit of a lighter wrapper but it is far from light in taste. cold draw was easy and lit like a dream coming out of the humidor at 64 rh. No mongrel, just that pure Partagas D4 joy right out of the box. Starts w light notes of cream. Smoke is a bit thicker than usual if that makes sense. why Workingman’s Dead well I really like the Dead. Hard to pick a studio album but this and American Beauty are tops for me. Probably easier to pick a show and link to Relisten.com It’s a classic album and like the PAd4 on the high end of utility. It always relaxes me and transports me to a nice place, just like the PSD4. They both like to ramble and go to different places Sorry the cigar shot is so bad, hard to work the contrast w a cigar in my hand. Very early transition to Nutella and caramel just at the 1/4 mark. Delightful. This box is over half done for a reason. a few touch ups but who cares. I’ve been driving that train... Also forgot to add that my buddy John and his family are coming over for a socially distant swim. He is Uncle John, and we all play in his band. 6
