....needing a contact in Cartagena Colombia

My mate Toby Brocklehurst has a mate (Frank Howard) in Cartagena Colombia which is in lockdown (7 weeks) and can't leave his hotel. He is a tourist who is stuck via circumstance. 

Tragically.....he is out of cigars and wine. 

Toby has asked if there is anyone on FOH who is in Cartagena (or has contacts) who can possibly help. 

Your reward will be payment of course but also lunch and drinks with the legendary Toby Brocklehurst when you catch up Havana/London ....wherever.

That is a bad situation. I was in Bogota and Cartagena last Sept.  Cigar culture over there is very weak.
