Popular Post djrey Posted May 10, 2020 Popular Post Posted May 10, 2020 With all the discussion of NC vs CC recently I have had a real desire to grab some NC sticks (I also have a lot that need burning to make room for 24:24 purchases). Warped has been a go to brand for years. Fairly loose draw as this one opens up with some cardboard and moderate spice... not too happy with the first 3rd. It’s incredibly bland and boring with very little going on. Honestly debating chucking it. Warm days are rare in the East cost of the US right now and I hate to waste it this way... I keep pushing hoping for something to come of it. Luckily the cardboard it gone. Fruity flavors come in and I get an interesting synthetic grape flavor. Well that’s a first.. overall it does improve though. Mild woody earthiness with fruits but that’s about it. Final third is the best. Some sweetness arrives and we taste some cinnamon and baking spices. Medium body. And that’s about how it finishes. Nothing standout. This cigar really pissed me off. It was bland and boring and didn’t give much flavor until the last third. I usually enjoy Warped cigars and have had this blend before and don’t recall it being so boring. I appreciate NC (plenty of good ones out there) but damn I missed that CC profile today. 83 pts. For food we have an chicken and shrimp Jambalaya. No I did not cook this... It was takeout from a local Cajun restaurant and it is a 100 pt meal to make up from that crummy smoke. Cheers! 9
mrmessy Posted May 10, 2020 Posted May 10, 2020 Medio del Tiempo is the only warped cigar that i liked. Granted I've only tried a few different ones. Guardian was ok too.Sent from my SM-N976U using Tapatalk 1
