I have the simple weight bench, a few dumbbells, cheap stationary bike, decent treadmill, then martial arts mats and heavybag. We asked our kids who worked out more. They said she did 3x on treadmill a week. She pointed to me and noted I get several hours of physical labor about five times a week now.
