Popular Post Drguano Posted April 19, 2020 Popular Post Posted April 19, 2020 Well, That's me in Hospital ?? ??????????? This has not been a good morning. After spending the last few weeks self quarantined inside the house, I decided to go horseback riding (seen as we're not allowed on our bikes) , something I haven't done in many years. It turned out to be a horrible big mistake! I got on the horse and started out slowly, but then we went a little faster; before I knew it, we were going as fast as the horse could go. I couldn't take the pace and fell off and caught my foot in the saddle stirrup, the horse was then dragging me. The horse just would not stop. Thankfully the manager at Sainsburys came out and unplugged the machine. He actually had the nerve to take the rest of my coins off me so I wouldn't try to ride the Elephant... 1 2 25
... Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 You should have known the only thing you or I are allowed to ride, due to our looks, is Santa’s sled ? 1
BeerPimp Posted April 19, 2020 Posted April 19, 2020 Hahah. I am pretty sure I have seen this joke before but it still got me. One of the most vivid horse accidents I have ever heard someone talk about was from Kaley Cuoco from Big Bang Theory. She fell off a horse and was sitting there laughing. Something startled it and it jumped and ran. She said she hear what sounded like the horse stepping on dry leaves. Instead though it was the horse that stepped on her foot. It was serious enough that there was a small chance she could have lost her foot but she didn't. She spent the entire season in a boot so they had her bartend so you could not see it.
RichUK Posted April 20, 2020 Posted April 20, 2020 I haven't heard that joke for ages. Was just what I needed today!
StogieSteve23 Posted April 24, 2020 Posted April 24, 2020 @Drguano I have a similar story! Happened to me when I was 8 on a family vacation. Foot got caught and I was dragged around for about 100 yards. Needless to say, I've never been on a horse since. Thoughts to you for a quick recovery! 1

No worries, but I did have to go back and re-read both yours and his posts to make sure I understood what was going on. ?
Kitchen Posted April 28, 2020 Posted April 28, 2020 A few years back when I was a high school teacher, our school thought it would be a great idea to do a donkey basketball game. Essentially, some guy had a service where he would bring in a few donkeys to ride while playing basketball on the court. We did this at a prep rally and only the teachers were playing, no students allowed but the entire school was in the auditorium. Well, one of the female donkey's was in heat and a male donkey, mid-game, decided to mount her. The trainer very quickly separated the two, but the make donkey was already hot and bothered and "it" does not just shrink back in right away. Now the person riding it could not have been a better choice. He sat there on top looking down at this foot-long donkey dong with the best jaw drop I have ever seen. Needless to say, a few students got a pic of this on their cell phone and we non-stop found prints of it all over the school until the end of the year. Now as a teacher, you need to hold you composure and not laugh at something like this in front of the students. It was nearly impossible to do so. 1

We were having a good time, cantering along, when my horsey decides to stop and take a hard right to eat some vegetation. I keep going straight... Me and horsey have a chat, then mount up and continue on. 12 minutes ago, Kitchen said: our school thought it would be a great idea to do a donkey basketball game. I've played donkey polo on the beach in Puerto Vallarta.
