ALWAYS. I have a a timer set on my phone 10 minutes prior to showtime, assuming I will have to:

a) update the software

b) reset my password

c) pour myself enough of something stiff to settle my nerves

I was working on c) when I realized I had about 4 minutes to sign in. And this was the first time I had to update. Usually I'm sitting in the waiting room twiddling my fingers. I angrily drank my double manhattan while losing all my play money I had earned while prepping for the Thursday night game!
