Just Read XIKAR Tactical 1 Lighter Review On Halfwheel

After reading XIKAR Tactcial 1 Lighter review on Halfwheel, I found it really impressive due to its gigantic single jet flame (larger than most of single flame torch lighters including S.T. Dupont's). Because of this, I believe it'll be useful for those who seek super OP single flame torch lighter (I also want that torch as well)! ?

I didn't expect Halfwheel enjoyed using XIKAR Tactcial 1 Lighter a lot (there are some cons like no EZ-View red hue fuel window unlike Tactical Triple but more pros)! ?

And I learned this week that Xi1, Xi2 and Xi3 are all the same Xikar cutters with the difference in cost reflected in the handles?

So, it has a larger flame, clip, and a place to hold your smoke on top; that's it?

Yeah, all Xi cutters have the exact same blade but different handles. This is the reason why I decided to pick Cuban Crafters Dos Chabetas Perfect Cutter (can't beat its 80 RG capability) for straight cut. For punch, I'll go Colibri (big fan of Colibri V-Cut) Quasar Punch Cutter, since it is super easy well designed 3-in-one cigar punch unlike XIKAR's.

I think we can use micro torches like Iroda Pro Torch PT-220 instead if we just want large torch/soft flame with large fuel tank. The price of Iroda Pro Torch PT-220 is cheaper than this XIKAR too. To me, I'd rather get Iroda Pro Torch PT-220 and save money for S.T. Dupont Defi Extreme than buying XIKAR Tactical 1.

I agree that a larger flame isn't what I'm after.

I have a quad flame torch from La Gloria Cubana, like this one: 

Truthfully, the huge flame often hits the side of the cigar, which I don't want to happen!

I also have a Vertigo Glock Triple Torch that often is too wide of a hit as well.

I recently purchased the Zippo single torch insert from Amazon, and honestly have been loving it.

Single flame torch all the way to me as well! Iroda PT-220 is single torch flame too, so I'm interested in that micro torch a lot!
