Popular Post FireMedic Posted February 8, 2020 Popular Post Posted February 8, 2020 First one out of this box, the box pass going around made me think to take one out and give it a go as we approach 4 years. Construction right off the bat was a little bumpy/lumpy but felt great in the hand. Very symmetrical. Beautiful color to it, absolutely gorgeous. Oily rosado. After the cut on the cold draw, I picked up some toasted graham cracker, like from a cheese cake. First 3rd: floral, floral, floral. Like smelling a rose. On the retrohale some slight graham cracker notes, I like where this bad boy is going. Burn at this point is razor sharp, draw as well. Second 3rd: the floral is still there but much more subtle. The graham cracker is shining with a bit of sweetness, chocolate? Small touch of toasted marshmallows, s'mores y'all, we having s'mores!! Final 3rd: 100% s'mores action happening in the high desert. The sweetness isn't necessarily chocolate but with the graham cracker and the toasted marshmallows coming through so distinct, I'm calling it chocolate, fight me! One touch up on the burn but everything else aces!! 90/100 Overall it's very close, June seems reasonable. Right at 4 years, amazing. In my opinion underrated cigar, under appreciated cigar shhh don't tell anyone! 13

Bri Fi Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I bought a box after sampling a quarter box. These are very underrated.
MooseAMuffin Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Toasted marshmallow is what makes this one of the best cigars out there. I cant get enough of these. Great review! 1
rcarlson Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Got me craving one of these. Beautiful stick. Good review.

The Squiggler Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I think I might have to do a second write-up this go 'round and sample the lone Fonseca no. 1 in my humidor. Another beloved underdog I have yet to try.

I think I'll try to do it this afternoon instead.
Mikeltee Posted February 24, 2020 Posted February 24, 2020 These are one of my favorites. They are even great fresh. They have to have dark wrappers though or else they are just decent imo. At $140 a box, you just cant beat them! 1
