agentdaffy007 Posted March 12, 2020 Posted March 12, 2020 The grandfather clause is on the location. It cannot be transferred to a new location. So someone has to buy that LCDH on Sherbrooke st. and make a cigar lounge out of it.

Very high rent location, I cannot see a new business wanting to be cigar lounge at that location unless they don't care about making money.
