A few months later @Elpresidente selflessly assisted Colt45’s wife with an evaluation of his cigar collection, and kindly provided her with a means of offering it to the members here on the forum. I never imagined I would have an opportunity to play a part in this and acquire some of Colt45’s treasures, but this community works in mysterious ways sometimes. I didn’t blink when contacted by @Glass Half Full, who graciously offered me a part in this, and also offered to handle the logistics. Understandably, Colt45’s cigars were quite over-humidified by the time they exchanged hands, I dare say we got to them just in the nick of time. But after about a month of TLC, I think it’s now safe to say we will be able to do Colt45 proud by bringing his cigars back to their former glory. I thought it might be interesting to share this photo with the forum, this is a bit over a quarter of the collection, with several rarities in the mix.
