Not an everyday smoker here, so it's the right size.

Personally, I like 10’s. Smaller boxes sometimes help me play coolidor Jenga. I also wind up giving some away. Doesn’t hurt $$ wise as much. 😂

More like a beautiful zombie. With those Spanish '14s turning up regularly there's no need for new stock. Smoking one now and it's glorious

Never had the Hoyo de San Juans....I'm curious if I will taste blending difference compared with the epicure no.1....or if their differences will be due only to the larger vitola.

Haven't had too many San Juans, but the Rio Seco are 100% a different blend than the epi 1 and 2.

Curious, anybody seen a retailer ship cigars this way? Obviously, it’s normal to see the boxes wrapped, but I’ve never seen this done. Seems like a lot of work and I don’t get the reason.

I think retailers are getting creative on trying to reduce damage to the cigars in transit, especially with smaller stock to replace if they are damaged. The less the cigars can move, the less they can get damaged. I honestly find this to be a pretty interesting way to do it. All for protecting my cigars in transit for sure--lots of retailers have a long way to go to reach the service and protection level of our host.

Does seem like it'd be kind of a pain to unpack though.
