Not technically a purchase, but @Habana Mike followed through on his offer to send me a whole pile of plugged cigars for me to try. They all definitely feel plugged and don't draw well. Some real gems in here so I'll smoke them all regardless.

HUHC (EGT DIC 20) are one of my favorite C&C.  The combinaciones petit robustos (TOU FEB 19) are going to be a retirement gift for a coworker in about a year -- glad they'll have a little bit of age to them.

Smoked one ROTT. For a very very young cigar, it was excellent. No rough edges, no signs of youth. The closest Partagas I can think of is a Party Short, but fuller. Very different than a D4, E2, or Lusi.

Thanks! I'm thinking of putting up a thread in the cigar reviews section and reviewing one or two a week depending on how badly they're plugged. From my initial inspection they seem like real tent pegs.
