6 pack of PCC Aged Coloniales. One stick had plume or bloom in it. It wiped off after rubbing with a cloth. Any thoughts?

Por Larranaga Panetelas (ASR JUN-17).  When I saw these, had to go for 4 boxes since they were discontinued in 2019.  Of course, my son and son-in-law helped me smoke a few soldiers ROTT.  Actually pretty good with just a hint of the sweetness yet to come.  Pairs well with an Old fashion.  Away for a few year nap ....
