Great cigars when aged, you're going to enjoy them.

I opened a May 14 cab in May of 19.  I've got 7 left, smoked one today.  They are still on the way up, plenty of leg left.  I just received a Feb 14 cab here and have a 2015 PLPC cab in transit.  Curious to see if there's a difference in the lighter wrappers, my last cab was pretty dark similar to yours.

Might be longer than 30 days since it’s getting well below 32F/0C in the evenings in the coming week here in Boston.  Hoping for a warmer evening in the low 40s in January...

Latest delivery from our esteemed hosts. The box without the factory/date codes was marked on the cardboard outer box; UBM JUL 19.

Notice the difference in shades. The irony is the lighter stained box had the darker wrappers...

@Kongelunden I saw your box was the same UBM JUL 19 code, let me know how it smoked, if you try before me. Too damn cold to smoke right now (23°F), will have to wait for springtime...

@cgoodrich I will let you known when I have sampled my delivery of the 898, however, it may take a bit of time ? The weather here in Copenhagen isn't really cigar friendly either, so will probably safe these until the spring - with emphasis on probably ?

Last box for 2020 arrived today from our host. Monte #4 from the recent 24:24 offering with 4 years of age on them (LEP OCT 16). The pictures do not do them justice, the smell from these is simply irresistable and amazing - I could more or less smell the cigars through the bubble-wrap ?

Crossing my fingers that these will taste as good as they look and smell ??

My first box of Punch Short de Punch (RAT NOV-19) for the humi - and a real looker!  Several months ago, @StogieSteve23 was kind enough to give me one out of his collection and it was one of the top 10 cigars I smoked in 2020.  Many thanks to Steve and wish I bought more of these after opening this box and seeing those shiny wrappers.  With all the hype these are getting hard to find.
