Hammer Smokin' Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 I'm afraid the wrappers are so bad my camera would break in pain. I can't believe they were wrapped around a Cohiba branded cigar. Worst wrappers of any cigar I purchased. (but maybe they'll turn out ok). I purchased a fiver pack earlier this year, and they were nicer. Just picked up 6 tubos from 24:24 (last week?) ... they haven't been shipped yet, but I think they are MAR code.
Hammer Smokin' Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 I'll just chalk it up to "clearance" cigars, which they were labeled as.

Especially the price you pay. IMO they should be the best wrappers coming out of cuba. Mind you I got some sig 2 a while back that had some terrible looking wrappers. They smoke fine however which is most important. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 3
Hammer Smokin' Posted November 18, 2020 Posted November 18, 2020 I bet these Sig III's smoke fine. (at least I hope so). but I've never had a "emeraldo" wrapper before.

Popular Post Kaptain Karl Posted November 18, 2020 Popular Post Posted November 18, 2020 Funny thing is the one cardbord box I inspected was the cigar on the far right. That one has by far the worst wrapper. It’s rough and dry. The other 4 look decent to good. They’re darker than that ideal Cohiba wrapper but I think they’ll be just fine! The Cigarvalanche continues! Those of you on the west coast probably know why months of orders are all coming at once lol. I’m excited to smoke the Unicos soon and the lanceros in the distant future! 21

They look better in the pic than in person. Apparently I found the perfect lighting in my house ?. The one on the right is not good, the other 4 are fine. But I agree...but that is the risk and the charm about CC’s. You just don’t know which one is going to be that magical experience! 1 1

Cooler and a couple of 320g bovedas, assuming you have somewhere with suitable temperature to store them. Very cheap and very quick.

Very cheap and very quick. Yea, that's what I was using prior to getting the wineador back in August. Unfortunately, my wife likes to keep the place warm and toasty so it's always sitting right around 75F-77F.
