Same thing happened for a couple packages of Dominican cigars I got shipped from a small store in the DR, luckily never had any Cubans checked and slashed en route. 2 1

RAT NOV 19 This is the first time I am seeing that they only cut one stick and not the whole box. Could certainly be worse! I do honestly think it was an accidental cut - you can see the slash from the outside of the wrapping... so, signs lead to it being unintentional. Bottom row is clean. ? 1

I believe this might be La Habana factory that rolls a lot of cigars and is the Juan Lopez mother factory. Speaking of Juan Lopez, I believe the #1 is on deck for me. 27

Luckily for me, they were available from other vendors for a time afterwards (interestingly, the H.Upmann Petit Corona was available longer).
