I'm willing to bet the darker ones will be better. In my opinion they are more flavorful. But yes it will be an interesting test for sure! Cheers.

I find lighter wrappers smoke better younger, at least to my tastes. If you don't want to keep one box intact, it would be cool to see how they compare. Which box is Partagas rolled ?

It’s an unruly size, but when it comes to intensity and profile of flavor (and nice, long smoke), this is my current favorite.

The MSU is the darker wrappers.

The El Rey twins here went on a fun filled vacation, crossing the Pacific, glad to finally get them to their new home. Thanks to Lisa and all the FOH crew, her communication and customer service was top notch and was much appreciated.

Managed to get hold of two boxes of these through a friend of a friend. They are going down for a bit of a rest before I try them.

Got these from a fellow BOTL who was sorting out his collection. These are from 2015 and hopefully are as a good as some 2013 Short Churchill’s that I picked up recently which are fabulous.
