Took a trip to A la Civette in Paris today. Picked up a box of the Quai D’Orsay Secretos, a leyenda to try and a couple of singles to have while I’m here. Managed to get the warning stickers off the Secretos, it was absolutely covered in them!

I specifically hunted for the RyJ Wide Churchill with a rare in a recent years light wrapper(claro, claro-colorado), because they have a delicate flavor, different from Colorado/colorado-maduro (roasted tobacco flavor). Code TRU JUL 18

I guess you are lucky to get them because when I got a box from that 24:24 VRDA sale mine were a different box code that Rob posted NOT "BMP SEP 16" and the wrapper of my cigars were significantly darker than the nice golden colorado brown wrapper color that you got and like the pics of the box on that Rob posted on the sale (see below picture).

 

I guess I will keep my box because they are discontinued but I am Highly Disappointed.

The pic I posted is the picture that Rob posted of the sample box of VRDA on the 24:24.  Mine are significantly darker.  I prefer on the VRDA a nice golden colorado brown wrapper color.
