Still waiting for my two Cohiba samplers, unfortunately they haven’t shipped yet. Seems like I have too much stuff on the way at the moment

 

Stopover shopping in Dubai the other day, couldn’t resist:

 

 

 

 

Nice to get some RASCC with almost three years on them! According to the shop manager nothing really flys off the shelves apart from Cohiba, Monte and Partagas! Considering that they’re actually keeping a very good and wide selection. I was quite surprised with the knowledgable manager, in the past I only ever met useless sales staff and found cigars stored in average conditions. It seems to have improved a fair bit!

 

They still had about 12 boxes of the Talisman on the shelf (same price as 24:24) and actually a nice selection of 50 cabs (Punch Punch, Punch DC, Partagas Lusis, HdM DC).

Didn’t want to go over my duty free allowance, in the Seychelles now for work, can’t mess around with that!

Maybe I’ll go through Dubai in two weeks again for a short trip to Germany, will then definitely pick up one of the 50 cabs!

Been searching for boxes of 25 Siglo VI for a while, but until now, only found them at a significant premium.  I still paid a premium for these, but still fairly reasonable.  Of course as soon as I bought them, the vendor was sold out again.  

I miss the days when you could buy them on any reputable vendors site at any time.

Just got back from a trip to Toronto to find a 24:24 order from our gracious host; the HDM Epicure Especials. They look amazing. 

Also picked up a box of H. Upmann Coronas Majors from the LCDH in Toronto (you guys weren’t lying about the prices, my goodness). Grabbed 2 bottles of Havana Club 7 while in Toronto as well

Then, we decide to pull into Duty Free while crossing back over only to find they now sell CCs and Havana Club, of course. Live and learn I guess. But I had to grab a bottle of the 3 and a 3 pack of Monte 2’s just to make myself feel a little better.

Aren’t those some sexy buggers!  I got my box sleeping now. The only one I have had was amazing and made me think I needed more.  Enjoy!

Cheers brother. I fell in lust with this cigar very early in our friendship. Truly enjoyed it. Saw a window to load up and I plucked two boxes. May you thoroughly enjoy yours in great health.

They ain’t no BHK or Grand Reserva but really excited to have these La Puntillas in my House   Think I can wait till the weekend to try one ROTT while the rest nap in the freezer for a few days

Mine are very young. Ammonia sets in just after 1/2 smoke. If you want to try, at least dry box for a week or so

I’m a big party fan, too (all types really
For me the Qd’Os require a bit of patience and I’ve found a good 2-3 years down really helps bring them around. That’s just me though. At least I can still stare at them while I wait!
