I asked him if I could meet to pick them up rather than have him mail them to me. We got to talking and he asked what I did for a living. I am a Realtor....he says "I have been thinking of buying a house!". So I start sending him listings and meet him at a home he liked. He brought me a gift for helping him out! Really nice gift!
