Pedgy Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 We took a ride on the bus to LCDH at Pueblo Estrella (the market) met with Eddy (manager) he offered to open before buying, so I agreed I would have asked to open before hand but he offered he was also nice to look for a little bit of his older stuff for me most boxes are early 2016 but the trini Reyes are from 2015. Stock wasn't great but I also didn't expect a lot since it's the only one at Santa Maria. They did have the new RE Cuba at the airport but I didn't want to take a chance, since it was just on a normal shelf by some jewellery cases and cologne lol Quote Looks like you got some beautiful boxes. Did you open them before purchasing? You buy them at the resort humidor or airport? I have vacationed there a few times and you are right, the stock isn't the greatest. However you got some great boxes!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Stick burner Posted May 6, 2017 Posted May 6, 2017 I've never had them but I've always been intrigued by the Party Culebras. Such an interesting presentation Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

If you find yourself with a couple of friends, lite them up and enjoy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk 1

Popular Post Islandboy Posted May 9, 2017 Popular Post Posted May 9, 2017 Easter was good this year. Couldn’t be happier with what I see...and smell. A much richer barnyard aroma than I expected. 8
Jbhunter223 Posted May 9, 2017 Posted May 9, 2017 (edited) Ordered two boxes of HUPC from another vendor. Showed up today. One box was perfect the other some mold spots but one stick with a really bad split. I cut open the split one... you know... for science.... the insides look good all long filler. Popular Post Cmelle Posted May 11, 2017 Popular Post Posted May 11, 2017 Cohiba Siglo 1 from last week's 24:24. The cutest, most prettiest little things I've ever seen 16
Cmelle Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Also just curious. What wrapper shade do you guys prefer on your Cohibas/Siglo 1's? Do you think I would taste a difference between these 2? 1

Do you think I would taste a difference between these 2? Definitely lighter for the Linea 1492. Cohiba lines don't really vary much between Colorado and Colorado Claro (not including the Maduro 5 line, of course!), unlike other marcas I've seen El Pres post from time-to-time that show the same vitolas contrast in separate boxes from Claro to Colorado Maduro in shading. Personally, I don't believe you'll get much of a difference in taste on account of the slight wrapper shade difference. 3

I've never actually seen dark Cohibas (not including the maduro line). These Siglo 1s are probably the darkest I've seen, and they're not even that dark (photo makes it look a bit darker). Thanks for the input John 1
