I thought I was in the Twilight Zone movie. Don't spend a lot on this. Absolutely no evidence that it does anything for a back strain. Stay active and unless you've done something really nasty (prolapsed a disc), this will get better. It sounds like you've been through this before.
ramon_cojones Posted February 4, 2014 Posted February 4, 2014 magnesium relaxes muscles, alleviates palpitations, helps you sleep at night, increases bone density, makes you regular and does all other sorts of wonderful stuff including helping me recover from strenuous workouts a lot quicker...most people are very deficient and don't know it so stay off ingesting chemicals as best as you can ie prescription drugs unless necessary sorry for the derail gents
