First: re-read the rules of this forum.  Hint, there's a section in there about shipping.

Second: Re-read the email sent to you when the first box shipped.  Hint, it's highlighted in blue at the bottom of the email to draw attention.  

Third: If you still don't get it after 1 and 2, email the vendor.
