This is a JC Pendergast humidor custom built for me 20 years ago with active hunidification. Approximately 11 cubic feet of space. It is filled to beyond capacity with only sticks from 2011 and older. I use this plus 290 quarts of Igloo and Ziploc coolidors which are filled with all the younger cigars. This is the CA write up on it. http://www.cigaraficionado.com/webfeatures/show/id/Big-Cigar-Collection-Big-Humidor_1010

I don’t normally post my purchases but, aside from the Nudies bundles I ordered, the Lanceros will probably be the last cigars I receive for a while. The other two are highlights from my last few orde

You suck!  Kidding.  Have ONE!  Let us know your thoughts.  I have been back and forth if I should smoke mine.  Really hope I hate it!  That way it is no big loss.:D

I am curious too. It would sound like people were on the fence about this when it came out. Some liked it, most others hated it. However, like some cigars, with time, they vastly improve and from what I hear, this is a prime example. Have to wait at least a month. If I have learned one thing, it's to let my cigars rest in the humidor for at least 30 days before smoking.

I share a home office with my wife who works out of the house on Tues and Thurs.

Of course I hope for deliveries on Mon, Wed and Fri........LOL.....well today I got these SC LaFuerza from a 24:24.

The crazy part is that she didn't see me bring the package into the office, didn't hear me while I quietly sliced the packaging off, didn't turn around when I took the picture and didn't care when I left the room to go down to the basement to tuck them into bed to sleep.............wow a "stealth" addition to the crew.

When I opened the box - the smell was amazing.  Made my mouth water.  I almost ate one - for a second I thought they were chocolate sticks....

I get that with Monte 5s. I'm sure I'll break someday and eat half a box.

Just thought you guys might like to see this. Finally after a lot lot lot of searching, scouring, and filtering of unreliable sources I found some 3 sticks from the late 70s--and from extremely detailed record keeping likely my birth year.  Gracious gentleman who I got them from also included a Dutch Masters Perfecto from the 1940s and a RA 898 RE.  Today was a nice mail day for sure.  Now, when will I ever put flame to these!!

And as crooked as that Cohiba band behind it looks maybe I didn't do enough filtering there!!!  Haha. Actually if anyone was wondering that was from a friend and I accidentally got the band stuck in my travel humidor and tore it off.  It's my sloppy re--application.
