Seriously, I have searched but found no help on storing a jar. Lid open, closed, cracked? Any help would be appreciated.

Cigars have been in the humi for about 2 weeks if that makes any diff.

If you are keeping it in your humidor lid off for a while to acclimate and then lid on. or you can store them outside the humidor. or you can just leave the lid on and put in the humidor. Check on them for the first couple weeks.

Just arrived. Pumped since this my first and probably only jar. Now, how do I store them in the humi?

Ideally, in the glass jar, which will prevent contact with air. I've actually put them in with the cardboard boxes as well, just to prevent any damage to the jar itself.

I keep mine in the jar in the humidor with the lid cracked open. It's worked fine for a long time.
